By accessing and using the Underdog Lazer website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Underdog Lazer provides custom laser engraving services including but not limited to corporate branding, personal gifts, custom signage, industrial marking, leather and patch work, and acrylic and specialty projects. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Quote requests submitted through our website or via email are not binding until confirmed by both parties. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on final design specifications, material costs, and project complexity. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project requirements change significantly from the original quote.

We provide digital proofs for your approval before beginning any engraving work. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully for accuracy including spelling, dimensions, and design elements. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Revision requests after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. For custom orders, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Full payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We ship to locations within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination, and will be included in your quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

If you provide your own materials or items for engraving, you assume responsibility for the suitability of those materials. We will assess materials upon receipt and inform you of any concerns, but we are not liable for damage to customer-supplied items that occurs during the normal engraving process when the material is unsuitable.

You represent that you own or have the right to use any designs, logos, images, or text you provide for engraving. Underdog Lazer is not responsible for verifying intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from intellectual property disputes related to your provided designs.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a defect in our workmanship, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-making the piece at no additional cost. Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect in workmanship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underdog Lazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
